Dr. Josh Stewart,
PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Josh Stewart is a native Iowan who was born and raised in Oelwein, IA. After graduating from Oelwein High School, Dr. Josh attended Iowa State University majoring in Kinesiology and Health. He was then accepted to Des Moines University in 2013 and graduated in 2016 with his doctorate in physical therapy.

After graduating, Dr. Josh and his wife Madison moved to Navarre, FL in 2016 where he had the privilege of working at private practice in Fort Walton Beach for one year before beginning at job at the world renowned Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. Dr. Josh practiced at the Andrews Institute for almost four years and gained a wide variety of valuable clinical experiences from treating high level athletes attempting to get back into his/her sport to patients who were dealing with chronic lower back pain who just wanted to get back to being active with less pain.

In 2020, Dr. Josh was awarded with the prestigious designation of becoming a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist after passing an arduous certification exam. He is excited and eager to serve the amazing Ankeny and Des Moines metro communities and help them get back to living the life they want to live!
